The Feather brings its readers weekly FC campus announcements published the first day of each week. This week coverage is from Jan. 4 – Dec. 18, 2015.

As the sports schedule gets underway, consider supporting JH and HS athletes at our home games. The week’s athletic events are listed in the weekly announcements below.

Sports Events the Week of 1/4 – 1/8

Tuesday

HS boys basketball at CVC. JV plays at 4:30 p.m., varsity plays at 7 p.m.

Varsity girls basketball at CVC, 6 p.m.

Varsity girls soccer at WCPA, 4:30 p.m.

Varsity boys soccer at WCPA, 6 p.m.

Thursday

HS boys basketball at Firebaugh. JV plays at 5:30 p.m., varsity at 7 p.m.

Varsity girls basketball vs Dos Palos at 5:30 p.m.

Varsity boys soccer vs Liberty at 3:30 p.m.

Friday

HS boys basketball vs Yosemite. JV plays at 5:30 p.m., varsity at 7 p.m.

Varsity girls soccer vs Mendota at 3:30 p.m.

W.O.W.= Week Of Welcome. HS Leadership would like to welcome everyone back, look for some fun things happening on campus this week.

Juniors that took the PSAT

Juniors who took the PSAT test, your results will be in, Jan. 7. Michelle Warkentin will be reviewing the results with you in your advisory class when they arrive.

Juniors taking the ACT

Juniors who are planning to take the Feb. 6 ACT test must register online at www.actstudent.org by the Jan. 8 deadline. If you are interested in SAT/ACT prep courses, contact Michelle Warkentin.

Brother to brother

There will be a brother to brother older training meeting at lunch in room 629, Jan. 5.

ESL help for International Students

Tamara Hill will be available in the library on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3-4 p.m. for ESL support for our international students.

ON Campus Lunch Menu

JH/HS Leadership will offer lunch throughout the year on Thursday and Friday.
