Fresno residents have popular places to visit on the three day weekend are China Peak, Pismo Beach, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Shaver Lake.

Joel Martinez, ’17, elaborates on his three-day vacation.

“I am excited to go to China Peak this weekend,” Martinez said. “I can’t wait to go snowboarding. All of the fresh powder is going to be fun.”

Monday is a national holiday in remembrance of  Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his remarkable acts for the Civil rights movement, Jan. 18.
