One of the many locations of the downtown arthop is held at the Fresno Water Tower on Sept. 1.
This is the empty tower, no longer used for water, but as an art charity event to help raise money for the Fresno Visitor Center. The tower was reopened in 2001 and is still a major monument in Fresno.
