Dr. Karen Walters‘ AP Biology starts a new lab growing E. coli and use GFP (Green Florescent Protein) to determent whether cell can be genetically transformed.
The goal for this lab is to figure whether we may use simple organism and genetically modify its gene to grow what we desire.
