Jenny King, ’17, draws Dr. Suess inspired characters with the 4th graders at Kepler Neighborhood School, March. 3.

During FC serve day, a group from FC served the teachers at Kepler. Students offered to help with their lessons and hanging out with the students.  A majority of the group helped run stations about habitations for 3rd grade class. A few students hung out with the kids in 4th grade classroom and organized the basement.

Claire Kollenkark, ’16, has served at Kepler twice for Serve Day and loves spending time with the students.

“Serving at the school was so much fun,” said Kollenkark. “I really enjoyed spending time with the children at Kepler, they were so sweet.”
