Students in Sharon Scharf’s home economics class lay the numerous tortillas for their 9-foot long burrito, Nov. 30.
This is Scharfs 13th year of having students make the burrito which is anticipated every year. The recipe requires tortillas, refried beans, seasoned meat, tomatoes, green onions, salsa, and sour cream.
