Senior, Tyler Vanderlinden, is pleased with how the team played but looks forward to preparation during the bye week.
“I think we executed our game plan very well and took to win,” Vanderlinden said. “It was a good team win. But now that league is starting up we need to take advantage of our extra time to get healthy and prepare hard.”
The win over Kings Christian counted towards the Eagles league score putting them at 1-0 and 6-1 in all competitions. Next week the Eagles are on a bye and will have no game.
