Although FC elementary students have always been encouraged to participate in Spirit Wear Days, campus faculty decided to initiate Spirit Days in the junior high and high school student body also. Now FC staff and students will participate in Spirit Days on every Friday, Jan. 18.

Reactions from the students have been positive, and some wish that the school hosted even more theme days than it does now.

Sophomore Kiaya Hargis hopes that eventually the student body will be able to participate together in dress-up days similar to those hosted by FC Student Leadership during homecoming week.

“I think we should do more dress up days,” Hargis said. “It helps people express who they are on the inside. Plus, its lots of fun.”
