In order to ask Duerr to Night of the Stars (NOTS), Chang set up boxes in the parking lot spelling out “NOTS” for Duerr to see when she arrived to school. The style of the boxes were based on the game Minecraft, one of Duerr’s favorite games. Chang stood on a car and yelled to get her attention. Duerr happily accepted his offer.
