This week for Beauty Obsessed, I will be showing you a twist on a basic eye look for the holiday season. The look I will be showing is a brown smokey eye with a touch of shimmer. To accomplish this look, I’ll be using shadows with glitter in it.

You can pair this look with a nude lip or a bright red lipstick. Personally I think the new Anastasia Beverly Hills strawberry liquid lipstick would look fantastic!

When doing an eye look with any glitter or shimmer, it’s best to do foundation and concealer after the extra shadow has fallen. If not, the foundation for the look might have too much shine.
