Elementary students participate in #givingtuesday by sharing with their friends, Nov. 29.

Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, #givingtuesday is a globally celebrated day to motivate and encourage people to give to charity throughout the Christmas season.

Whether you come together with your family, community, or friends, #givingtuesday is a great opportunity to give back.

Some of the best ways to get involved is through own community. Some great opportunities are Samaritan’s purse, Salvation Army and Angel Tree. These organizations allow you to help families and people throughout the Christmas season.

You can participate in the canned food drive currently happening at FC and by being involved in #givingtuesday by giving to an organization, friend or relative.
