Home Economics students, Luke Zeliang, ’20, and Mercury Zhou, ’20, demonstrate how to make pepper pork and fried soy potatoes, Jan. 30

During the month of January, students have been perfecting and presenting life skills to their class. Zeliang and Zhou decided they wanted to show their fellow students how to make a dish native to their Chinese culture.

In the month of February, Home Ec. classes will be working on a banking unit complete with an auction and virtual money.
