Varsity boys tennis has began practicing for the upcoming season, Feb. 15.

The boys have been perfecting their tennis skills during practice. The team is coached by Leadership teacher Robert Foshee.

Foshee hopes to pick up from where they left off last year.

“Last years team did excellent during their matches.” Foshee said. “Each and everyone brought a different strength to the team, helping us move further in our league. I can’t wait to see where we go this year.”

The team will play their first season game at home against Coalinga high school at 4 p.m. , Feb. 23.
