In the previous FC track meet, Maicy Luginbill, ’18, beat three of her personal records, March 31.

Her records were in the 400m dash at 67.76, 200m dash at 29.74 and 100m dash at 14.22. 

Luginbill started running track in 3rd grade, and has developed a passion for the sport. 

Her personal goal for the year is to get faster and beat her own recent records.  

“It’s hard staying positive when I don’t wanna run,” Luginbill said. “Pushing through my past knee injury has been a struggle for me this year.”

Getting faster and in better for shape for soccer helps motivate her to work hard for what she wants in track.
