Students create children's books
[/media-credit] Seniors Juliana Lozano (left), and Keith Zhu work on creating their personal children’s books, adding stickers and text, Aug. 30.

Students in Robert Foshee’s civics class create children’s books based off of chapters in their history books pertaining to the beginning of the American government, Aug. 30.

Books should include, a cover, illustrations, text, and a title. Creativity is encouraged.

Senior Jacob Provost enjoys being able to use his creativity in class.

“Making children’s books is a really cool idea,” Provost said. “I like how he gives us basic guidelines but allows us to use as much creativity as possible.”
