Derek Kliewer, a recruiter from Fresno Pacific University speaks to juniors during Kyle Dodson’s english class, Feb. 27.

Kliewer is the undergraduate admissions counselor at FPU, it is his job to visit students and interest them in applying for Fresno Pacific. To prepare students for applying to FPU, Kliewer shares information about the school and what it takes to be accepted.

As the school year comes to an end, juniors begin to worry about getting accepted into a college. To help ease the stress of the next chapter of students lives, academic advisor Evangelina Tello, brings in reps from various local schools to talk to students. The reps all show different advantages and perks of their schools.
