TK-12th grade meet in the Peoples Church auditorium, Aug. 8, for the annual Fresno Christian convocation. Preceding worship, a message from Superintendent Jeremy Brown and elementary principal Katie Reneau was shared. Chairman of the Board, Chris Schultz, ended the gathering in prayer.
Annaleise Anderson, ’19, former multi-schooler, looks forward to her first year on campus. Anderson plans to participates in multiple activities and building relationships with other students.
“This year, I’m most excited for all the fun activities available to take part in as a senior,” Anderson said. “I am especially looking forward to sports and senior retreat. I decided to come to Fresno Christain after hearing about all the great experiences and just how happy kids were at school. This year I am a bit nervous about joining The Feather because I’ve heard it is a lot of work but I’m looking forward to improving my writing and personal skills.”
With a total of 1,300 guests, including over 600 students enrolled this school year, the Peoples Church auditorium was filled to capacity with overflowing crowd seating to the balcony.
