Eagles win with a score, 41-6, at the last home league game, Oct. 19. Senior football players and cheerleaders are also honored at the senior night football game against Riverdale Christian Christ Ambassadors.

This year, a total of 12 seniors play on the football team and four senior cheerleaders. Parents stand next to their student with flowers as a senior survey is read about each individual. The inquiry reads best memories and other highlights of their sports career at Fresno Christian Schools.

After a week long Cheer Clinic, run by high school and junior high cheer, elementary cheerleaders perform at the game with upper classmen. A total of 130 girls make up the cheer group, with 82 of them elementary. This is the 38th annual Cheer Clinic and each cheerleader wears a t-shirt remembering Eunie McEntee who coached cheer at FC.

Due to limited home games, leadership choose a theme for the ‘Nut House’. Students decide on ‘Black Out’ for the night.

Football currently holds second place in league with a win record, 5-1. Their next game takes place away against Laton High School, Oct. 26. This finishes the last league game. Eagles will continue the season with playoffs.

A 5th quarter at Me-N-Eds for high school students follows after the game.
