Worship tech team advances from behind the tech booth, to the stage, leading students body in worship, Oct. 30.

Tech team members, Kyle Friesen, ’19, Reese Brown, ’19, and Blake Deffenbacher, ’20, lead vocals for the song ‘Where You Are’, with Deffenbacher also playing guitar. Evan Brooks, ’22, plays keys, Logan Lewis, ’20, plays the drum pad and Micah Sue, ’22, plays the guitar.

Worship team teacher Daniel “G” Garrison came up with this idea as a way to spice up traditional worship chapel.

Vocalists and band will be back to normal for Thursday worship chapel, Nov. 1.

In traditional worship chapels, the tech team can be found in the back of the SMC, running all lights, sound and lyric slides. Be sure to than them for all that they do behind the scenes.
