Sister to Sister meets for the first on campus lunch of the year, Oct. 30. The girls get to know each other, sharing their prayer requests and favorite Bible verses and why its their favorite.

The program was created to build a bond between the high school girls and the junior high girls, giving the older sisters a chance to pour into and mentor the younger sisters.

The older girls are highly encouraged to talk to the younger girls not just during the meetings but outside of school. Since the beginning of the program in 2004, the program has grown to a total of 42 older sisters and 50 younger sisters this year.

There is a program for the boys as well, Brother to Brother, to create a special bond between classes.

The next meeting for the girls is Nov. 10, at lunch. It is an off-campus lunch.
