ENSEMBLE TO PERFORM AT BENEFIT DINNER, Sept. 24
Ensemble is singing at a benefit dinner at the home of Terance and Susan Frazier during a fundraising evening for Don’t Hide the Scars and PAIN: Prescription Abusers In Need, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. The President and Founder, Flindt Anderson, came and spoke in chapel last year about his experiences and this organization. Ensemble is there to provide some live entertainment while people are eating the dinner. They will perform some songs from their festival repertoire as well as old commercial jingles. CSF tutoring program
CSF is sponsoring a free tutoring program for high school, junior high and elementary students. CSF members will be offering one free tutoring session per week during free time: lunch, after school or a study hall. Mat and English, of all levels, are available for tutoring. If interested, sign up in front of the high school office or contact CSF advisor Molly Sargent or Suzanna Quiring for more information.

CHRISTIAN COLLEGE FAIR, Sept. 24
Northwest Church will be hosting the Christian College Fair on September 24, 6-8 p.m. Over 40 Christian colleges will be in attendance. Also on September 24, during lunch, Fresno Christian will host its own mini college fair. A dozen colleges from California and across the country will be on campus to provide students with information and answer questions. If you have any questions about any of the three events, please see Mrs. Sargent or e-mail her at [email protected].

SYATP, Sept. 23
Over a hundred students attended “See You At The Pole” this morning, Sept. 23. Students are encouraged to continue praying for each other, the campus, Fresno city, the state and world leaders.

PSAT SIGN-UPS
Students are now eligible to sign-up for the PSAT. The PSAT is a very important test that will help students prepare for the SAT. Also, those who score high on the PSAT may qualify for significant scholarship money. The test will be administered on Oct. 14, and lasts through the morning. Students must pay $13 when they sign-up. All freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are welcome to apply. Sign-ups will be taken through September 23 only. For more information, see Mrs. Sargent.

SPANISH CLUB MEETING
The Spanish Club will meet next week Thursday, Oct. 1. This week’s meeting has been canceled due to the Mini-Christian College Fair that will take place on campus during lunch this Thursday.
