Catch Christmas Spirit: Red and Green Day (VIDEO)

With Christmas only two weeks away, the high school campus leadership class promoted Christmas Spirit Week, Dec. 5-9. Many students decided to don everything from ugly Christmas sweaters, themed hats ranging from reindeer to Santa, holiday PJs, and the classic: red and green.

Finals are looming and the distraction of holiday-themed clothing was a welcome sight for the week. A special chapel on Dec. 13 also added to the festive nature of December as Christmas carols echoed through Ground Zero.

The music department will also celebrate a holiday program called, Round the Table Carol Sing, Dec. 14-15. The one-hour program starts at 5:30 in the FC Gym.

Earlier in the week, the elementary school also put on their Christmas program with grades K-6 at the Northeast campus.

And throughout December, campus students and staff have been sharing their favorite Christmas memories in Celebrate the season: Join the discussion, 2011. The Feather staff still encourages those who have not submitted their story to do so until Dec. 16.
