The day before the national election, the campus civics class put on a mock election in order to educate their peers on each of the presidential and local candidates.

Despite his far right views, junior Doug Daniel, center, was assigned to write his speech in support of Fresno’s Democrat mayoral candidate, Henry T. Perea, Nov. 4.

After Daniel finished, a little over a minute was left on the clock. At a loss of what else to say, Daniel began to shout, “Liberalism! Liberalism!” in order to fill his extra time.
