To put a quirky twist on Halloween traditions, senior Rachel Wilhelm, front center, hosts a party with a theme of inanimate objects, Oct. 30.
Those who attended the event were challenged to dress up as objects, and came up with costumes such as french fries, hot dog, washing machine, iPod, the Statue of Liberty, remote, TV, cupcake, candle, novel, strawberry, present, Christmas tree, pillow, blank canvas, fish bowl, blanket and Snuggie.
Since 2008, Wilhelm has hosted a party for Halloween, which began with five guests, and has expanded each year to include more friends. As Wilhelm will graduate in May, this year marked the final Halloween group party.
