Every year during chapel, before Christmas break begins, the senior class stands on stage in front of the rest of the student body and reads the Christmas story, Dec. 13. Bible teacher Robert Foshee distributed numbered index cards, each with a small section of the story, for each individual student to read aloud.
The tradition of reading the Christmas story aloud began with former Bible department chair, Scott Falk, in the late 1990s. Portions of the story are from the Bible: Matthew, Luke and John.
