After being called out of her seventh period journalism class to the music suite, junior Dana King is asked to Night of the Stars by senior Frank Daniel, Jan. 19. On her way back from the music suite, her casual walk turned into a sprint to get back to class to share the good news with her friends.

Gripping the bouquet of flowers she received from Daniel, she quickly ran across the parking lot and into the building. As soon as she entered the classroom, King pulled out her cell phone and called her mom to tell her that she was asked to NOTS, and that she was very excited.
