Willow International representative David Navarro speaks to the student body about the pros and cons of attending a community college, and compares choosing a college to dating, Jan. 21.

Navarro encouraged students to visit certain colleges before making the final decision to go there in order to get a good “gut feeling” for the campus. He said that choosing a college is a lot like dating: Within the first five minutes on a date, the girl or boy can usually tell whether the date will be a success or a failure.

In comparison, within the first five minutes of walking on a college campus, a student can tell whether or not they would feel comfortable living there.
