Almost every Thursday, students are given the opportunity to listen to a guest speaker during chapel. This week, youth pastor Chad Johnson spoke to the student body about the importance of “letting your light shine” on campus, Feb. 3.

He encouraged the student body to be friendly to everyone, and to take the time to get to know someone new.

“You never know who is just waiting for someone to show them love,” Johnson said. “How awesome would it be to just go and say ‘Hi’ to someone who you don’t really know? Being friendly is always the first step in letting your light shine.”
