In order to express school spirit through athletics, the athletic department plans on painting the weights, benches and weight racks maroon and black, the FC school colors, March 10.
Some volunteers chose to paint outside during first period, leaving the odor of spray paint in the air. However, after drying, the once tarnished and old weights look brand new.
