For the Faces of the Valley Youth Art Show, the junior high art class represents FC with their drawing entry at the Fresno Art Museum, April 12. Along with junior high, the high school, 6th, 5th and 4th grade classes were entered in the competition as well. There was a total of 56 classes represented at the show, with the FC 4th and 6th grade class winning Best of Show within their grade level.
While the elementary art teacher Stephanie Taggart teaches the 6th and 4th grade classes, Sharon Scharf teaches both the junior high and high school art classes on campus.
This art show was sponsored by the Fresno County Office of Education and the Fresno Art Museum.
