Social science teacher Jordana Siebert taught a brief lecture to her world history classes on the Potato Famine, Nov. 4. Siebert declared the day a potato un-famine where students would bring various forms of potatoes to eat.
Siebert has tried to incorporate as many interactive and fun projects as possible like a mock trial for her civics class.
