Former Physical Education and Video Productions teacher Scott Callisch announces the grand opening of his small business, Flip Flop Shops, Feb. 29.

After 28 years of teaching at FC he has moved to Cayucos to run his business. He has mainly hired California Polytechnic State University, San Louis Obispo, (Cal Poly) students to help him manage the shop while he still commutes back and forth between his wife and son living in Fresno and the Flip Flop Shop located in San Louis Obispo.
