For Downtown Fresno’s second annual Labor Day Summer Splash event, Van Ness Street was closed off to hold Downtown Fresno’s Summer Splash beach party, Sept. 3.
Van Ness was closed off starting Friday night to hold the beach party, Aug. 31-Sept. 3. The party helped the partnership between the Downtown area and Fresno and helped increase business in many Downtown businesses.
