Varsity girls tennis team was defeated by Dos Palos, 6-2 at their home game, Sept.29.

Mariana Fikse, ’18,  girls tennis captain leads the team with authority.

“It is so fun to be part of the tennis team.” Fikse said, “I started playing tennis when I was a freshman, even though I wasn’t the best player, I enjoyed being a part of the team and learning new things each practice. For this year I’m looking forward to continuing to improve while also having fun with my teammates.”

Their next game is at Riverdale HS at 4:00 p.m., Come out and support your lady eagles!
