As the semester comes to a close, The Feather’s Editor-in-Chief celebrates her birthday, Dec. 7. Junior Tynin Fries, left, then a four-year-old, plays dress-up with sister, Callista, then three.

Playing Barney and his favorite clown sidekick, the two Fries sisters often were found playing make-believe. Adding to their fantasy world, their parents provided the girls buckets of oversized dresses and costumes to while away the hours.

Take the time to give birthday wishes to Tynin as she turns 17 years old. To add to the celebration, over 45 of her peers head to San Francisco to take in a Broadway show, The Lion King.
