Hmong New Year festival held it’s 14th annual celebration at the Fresno Fair Grounds, Dec. 31- Jan. 1.
During the event, vendors sold traditional dresses for the “pov pob” game, which came in a variety of sorts and sizes. Junior Joshua Thao attends the event every year with his family.
