The school chooses to upgrade their policies concerning safety due to the national awareness risen by other schools for this semester, Jan. 8.

One of the biggest safety additions from the policy includes that each door will be locked while class is in session and if late high school secretary Vicky Belmont will escort each student to their scheduled class. Other upgrades include increased internet restrictions as well as k-2 gate, which will remain locked at all times.
