The Student Leadership sets up the tables in black table cloths to start up designing The Grand on 1401 Fulton Street, for Night of Stars (NOTS), Feb. 16.
This is the 19th NOTS that the school has hosted as a formal. The school has also had formal at The Grand Hotel for four years.
