Each year, The Feather staff celebrates adviser Greg Stobbe’s birthday in various ways, Feb. 22. This year, the staff decorated the lab with streamers and signs in his favorite N.H.L. hockey team’s colors, the Vancouver Canucks.
During third period, one of four journalism classes brought him a cake, candles and cupcakes to gift Stobbe while singing “Happy Birthday.” Even after years of celebrating, this Stobbe surprise made for a great photo op reaction.
