Representing the international disability center, Laura McGrew, left, mother of eighth grader Summer McGrew, spoke for Joni and Friends, in chapel today about their Family Retreat Wonder Valley ministry in Sanger, Feb. 26.
This ministry provides disabled families a week during Spring Break to relax. Families are able to volunteer to take part in the ministry to help disabled children for 24/7 care. Along with this ministry the organizations asked students to take part in the International Family Retreat as well as the Wheelchair drive.
