Being a new student at school is pretty difficult. I came from Hoover High where I had a lot of friends and enemies. And believe me, Fresno Christian is way different than Hoover.

When I came to this school I thought it was going to be different but I didnít expect how much.

Students on campus at FC are a lot nicer than at Hoover. I didnít think I would be accepted here because I am African American, but it has been the complete opposite. I joined the football team during my first week and I met a couple of people there that have already become close friends: John, Zack, James, Greg, Chris and Mr. Stobbe.

Sure there are things that are different that I have to get used to, like going to class every day and learning the new formations on the football team. But I think I can handle the new changes and hope the rest of the school year goes great.
