As Eric Witters described in his January 22, 2007, article, ?Teachers transform memories,” I also believe teachers are one of the biggest influences in a student and his/her attitude at school.

I agree that teachers can influence whether you like a subject or not. For example, in junior high, I did not like math at all. However, during freshman and sophomore years in high school, I had Mr. (Josh) Tosland as my math teacher. He was a really good teacher and made math my favorite subject.

My dad has also agreed with me on this subject. He said in high school he had a really good English teacher that made writing fun. Even to this day, he is always excited to help me with my English homework.

A teacher, coach or parent that knows how to say what they need to say will be the most influencing in a teen’s life.
