Happy national teacher day! Show your appreciation for your teachers today. National teacher day is put on by National Education Association. Every year on May 9, students across the nation come together to show their appreciation towards their teachers.

Teacher appreciation week will continue till May 12. FCS has a total of 22 teachers in JH and high school.

Sophomore Alina Davila shares how teachers have impacted her at FCS.

“The teacher that has inspired me the most is Mrs. (Susan) Ainley,” Davila said. “She has pushed me to step out of my comfort zone in singing”
