Roosevelt defeats FC baseball, 6-4, at home in the first round of West Sequoia League Division VI playoffs, May 16. Eagles end the season with an overall record of 12-9.

A group of 14 boys make up this year’s baseball team lead by head coach Noah Heinz and assistant coach Austin Rurik. Four of the 14 players are seniors, Tyler Villines, Roman Endicott, Brandon Krueger and John Baker.

Earlier in the season, the 2017-18 baseball team was awarded for their first ever Valley Championship rings for the Central Section CIF Les Schwab Division VI. Each player received a customized ring as the boys won the 2017 tournament in May 2017.
