Dear Editor,

I am sending this letter to you to openly express my sincere gratitude to the entire Fresno Christian student leadership team for holding the “Free Car Wash” service day on Sept. 13. Your timing could not have been more perfect for my once grimy, now newly cleaned Honda; thank-you.

A note of appreciation also goes out to ASB President Jeremy Ramos for taking my daughter “under his wing” and teaching her the finer points of being a true leader though personal sacrifice and helping others.

I feel blessed to work for a school that values the biblical principle of lifting each other up through school and community service and I encourage all of us to initiate and participate in projects such as these.
