The Fresno Christian high school football team defeats the Mojave Mustangs, 54-6, in the CIF, Central Section, 8-Man championship, Nov.19. The Eagles end the 2021 season with a undefeated record of 12-0, a first for head coach Mick Fuller.
With a full grand stand and local media filming, the first play of the game was cornerback Joshua Chinn, ’23, recovering a fumble and running it in for the first touchdown of the night. Eagle fans erupted in cheers!

The FC Eagles gained a big lead by the first half, with the score at 40-0. Mojave landed on the scoreboard with a touchdown in the fourth quarter but their efforts would not be enough to even the score. Game ended with a 54-6 final score and the title of champions!
Joining the defeated team in the middle of the field, the football players took a moment to congratulate the players for a job well done and a prayer to end the season. The FC eagles were greeted with the exuberant celebrations of the high school students who stormed the field after the CIF plaque was received. Through the smoke flairs, you could see the students jumping, screaming and cheering on the team for their BIG win!
With this victory, the FC eagles football team was labeled #1 in California, 8-Man division.
