FRESNO BEE INTERVIEW
The Fresno Bee did an interview with The Feather staff and advisor on the upcoming National Scholastic Press Association award in Seattle. This interview was a big deal because the Bee hasn’t done one since 2007. Everyone should go and comment on the article and also on The Feather.
EASTER BREAK
Due to it being Easter break, school will not be in session from April 2-9. Since FC is in their fourth quarter, there will be no holiday breaks once students return to class, April 10. Easter Sunday is April 8 and Monday is also a school holiday.
CSF CONFERENCE
If California Scholarship Federation members would like to attend the Central Section CSF conference on April 14 in Porterville to support Brady as he vies for the Seymour Award, please see Molly Sargent March 20 to reserve your spot. The registration needs to be sent in ASAP, so please sign up today!
DRAMA PRODUCTION
This year’s high school drama production is Cheaper by the Dozen. Both performances will be at 7 p.m. on April 13 and 14. Two teachers will also be featured in the play so be sure to attend!
SADIES TICKETS
Girls may now purchases their Sadies tickets for $35. These tickets can be purchased in the Ground Zero quad during lunch time.
ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIPS
If any seniors are receiving athletic scholarships from colleges, the student body would like to know. These scholarships are important and a sign of success so the athletic department would like to share it with the community. The accomplishments will be shared with The Feather and the Fresno Bee. If a student is interested, please contact the high school office.
DETENTION WARNING
Michelle Warkentin will now be monitoring all tardies and holding detention on Mondays for the students who qualify.
