The mandatory training session will be Sept. 23 at lunch. Those interested may sign up in the office with Mrs. Warkentin by Sept. 23.

    This Friday’s home game will feature the Nuthouse theme: “White out.” Everyone is asked to dress in white clothes at the football game to show school spirit! Go Eagles!

    Join an all-school food frenzy after the football game against Stone Ridge Christian and former FC teacher Mick Fuller, Sept. 24. The first Fifth Quarter will be held in the FC Gym immediately following the game. A all-inclusive Luna Pizzeria dinner will be served: $5 for students and $7 for non-students.

    Watch out for a special table set out for volleyball intramurals, Sept. 28-Sept. 31. Please note the following rules/limitations:

    * No Football players can play but can coach
    * Teams of three
    * One volleyball girl per team

    The top eight teams will play for the Championship during the Cayucos Beach Trip, Oct. 1.

    The Cayucos beach trip for the game against Coast Union is on Oct. 1, from 10-1 a.m. The cost is $25 per person. Sign up in the high school office. You MUST pay when you sign up. There is limited space on the bus, so sign up soon!

    There will be a California Scholastic Federation (CSF) meeting Monday, Sept. 27, at lunch in Room 621 for all CSF members. Please be prompt ? the meeting will not take longer than 15 minutes. The club will discuss the upcoming CSF college visitation trip. Please see adviser Molly Sargent in Room 621 at lunch for final planning.

    Additionally, beginning Sept. 29, CSF will offer free tutoring for any junior high or high school student who needs it in any subject. Tutoring will be offered every Wednesday after school, 3:15-4:15, in Room 621. You don’t need to sign up or tell anyone you are coming ? just show up! It doesn’t matter if you need help with one math problem on one assignment or you need regular tutoring every week. Our goal is to meet as many academic needs as possible.
