Fresno Christian girls soccer celebrates their outstanding season and honors players during the Soccer Awards Banquet, March 31.
As the season comes to a close, players and their families gather together to remember the ‘24-’25 season. For the first time ever, girls soccer made it to the final round of Division IV state playoffs. After losing to Sacred Heart Prep, 3-2, in the last round of state playoffs, the team ended the season with a record of 19-3 overall.
At the banquet, head coaches Matt Markarian and Garrett Markarian, and assistant coaches Morgan Markarian, Chloe Burrow and Kyndel Carrington, hand out a variety of awards to the athletes. Each First and Second team All League award is voted on by coaches in the Northwest Sequoia League. This is the first year the FC soccer team won every award.
