With parents out for the night finishing holiday shopping lists, you have to prepare dinner for yourself.

For patrons of chilidogs or chili cheese fries, there is an easy alternative to suit any chili-lover’s tastes: Frito boats.

Using this simple and quick recipe, you can prepare your own dinner. First, gather the ingredients:

Frito corn chips (any amount)
1 can of chili (with or without beans/meat)
Shredded cheese (whichever kind preferred)
Any additional ingredients desired (jalape
